Gary Toth, LISW has spent a lifetime dedicated to improving services and care for the mentally retarded and developmentally disabled. A respected leader and innovator, his distinguished career includes service on the Governor’s MR/DD Vision Committee, the Board of the American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR) and the Board of the Ohio Provider Resource Association (OPRA).

Gary’s persistent efforts on behalf of individuals with MR/DD have opened and will continue to open doors for individuals with special needs throughout our community.
